Director of Coaching
Jeff has spent the last 10 years developing FC Premier to one of the more competitive premier programs in Eastern Pennsylvania. He has developed players at all age groups, and has placed numerous amount of players to DI, DII, and DIII colleges. FCP teams have reached the EPSYA state cup final four on four different occasions. They have also cracked the top ten in the Region 1 gotsoccer rankings with those teams as well.
He, and his staff members have implemented a training environment, and philosophy that no other club program is offering at the current time. This training is what has separated them from other clubs, and has allowed players entering the college level to be accustomed to that level of training both technically, and tactically.
Jeff enters his ninth season as the head women's soccer coach at Ursinus College. Ykoruk has totaled 79 wins in first eight seasons at Ursinus, good for most in school history. Ykoruk also stands third among active Centennial Conference coaches in wins and conference wins.
Jeff took an Ursinus team that went 1-8-1 in conference play in 2001 to its first-ever playoff appearance. In 2003, the Bears set program records in overall wins and conference wins, both records broken the following season. This year, Ursinus was one of the Top 20 Most Improved Division III women's soccer teams. In 2007, Ursinus achieved an all time winning record and went to their conference championship for the 1st time in school history.
